Programs

This collaborative project with local districts sharing ensures that the transition from school to adulthood is as seamless as possible.  Students are referred for shared services will complete standard academic requirements at their school and concurrently participate in community based vocational evaluation, work adjustment services, work experience, job placement and employment support.
